Come aboard: You may now sign up for the event!

This year, the registration system used will be the same one familiar from Hornankattila. You can access it via this link:: https://shop.boffaus.fi/spml/sotahuuto2025/

You can register either just yourself or your entire group at once. We recommend that teams agree beforehand whether individual members will register themselves or if one responsible person will handle registration for the whole group. If you need to remove or modify information from an already completed registration, please contact us by email at jarjestajat@sotahuuto.fi.

The official registration period lasts until the end of June (June 30th at 11:59 PM).The final payment date for the event is July 7th. Registrations not canceled by June 30th at 11:59 PM are binding. You can view the breakdown of different participation options and the price list here: https://sotahuuto.fi/hinnasto/

Volunteers are still needed, especially for first aid, security, traffic control, and scenario tech roles. If you are interested in volunteering, sign up using the form and wait to receive detailed instructions on volunteer registration via email. Due to an automatic translation in the registration system, free products for volunteers may currently be somewhat misleadingly labeled as “PAID.”

Earlier, we challenged teams to come to the event larger than ever before. There’s a reward for all teams whose size at the end of the registration period exceeds their previous record. You can find the maximum sizes of all past Sotahuuto teams here

In July, late registration is still possible, but food or shirts cannot be purchased at that point. During late registration, you can only buy a fighter ticket (€55) or a support crew ticket (€15). Late registration is handled by email to jarjestajat@sotahuuto.fi.In your email, please include your potential group, whether you are registering as a fighter or as part of the support crew, and your full name. 

Sotahuuto’s meals will once again be provided by the reliable Vallesmanni. Meals include two breakfasts, two lunches, and Saturday dinner. You can check out the preliminary menu on the meals page: https://sotahuuto.fi/ruokailu/

When registering, you can also purchase the event t-shirt. The graphic for the t-shirt was designed by Katariina Kontturi, combining familiar gear from boffer battlefields with the visual language of the Bayeux Tapestry, which depicts the Norman conquest. Men’s shirt sizes range from XS to XXXXXL, and women’s sizes range from XS to XXL.
