Sotatorvet – Ilmoittautuminen on auki!

Until June 25th, registration takes place through the Ilmoportaali system: https://ilmoportaali.sotahuuto.fi/. After this, registration is still possible, but no additional products can be acquired along with the registration. Late registration should be done according to instructions that will be published later. 

Using Ilmoportaali is simple. After creating an account, participants can navigate to the "Tapahtumat" (Events) menu and search for the event "Sotahuuto 2023" to find their own team and register for it. If you're registering without a team, select "Yksilöilmoittautuminen" (Individual registration) as your group.

If your team is not yet available in the menu, discuss with your group about who will create the team in the Ilmoportaali system. The member who establishes the group will have administrator rights, so it's important to coordinate within the team to determine who will create the group in the Ilmoportaali system. The group administrator will also be able to add participants who do not have their own accounts.

The basic price for the event is 40 euros. There are several discount groups available, and their prices and conditions are listed below. The discounts offered to the staff depend on the agreed amount of work. If you have filled out the staff recruitment form but have not yet received a response, please wait patiently until the end of this week before registering. Unlike previous years, this year's registration classes include accident insurance for all participants. The accident insurance covers all participants who are registered in Finland. For participants coming from outside Finland, we recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance.
